By logging in you can update your personal contact details with SafeWork SA and view all of your licences, payment history and expiry dates for each licence.
From 21 September 2026, this portal will be replaced with a new system. There will be a planned outage to make the change from 4pm 18 September to 8am 21 September.

You
may not be able to renew your High Risk Work Licence if you have other licences with SafeWork SA.
Your log in Post Code will be the last registered residential address you have provided to SafeWork SA.
When can I renew?
Licence holders will receive a renewal invoice generated 30 days prior to the expiry date on their current licence.
Invoice can be paid online on this portal if we have a recent photo of you on file.
Otherwise you can take the invoice to an SA Australia Post or Service SA branch.
The fee for HRWL renewals between 1 July 2026 - 30 June 2027 is $101
The fee covers the renewal of all existing HRWL classes you select to renew, for a period of five years.
